Masterchef, Bake Off, Competition Event

Team Building/ Corporate Packages

If you are looking to get the team together, break down some barriers or get your work force working as a team then join me for one of a Masterchef Bake- and Cook-Off!

This is a fun and competitive ‘team building through food’ experience. Perfect for those employees who love food and also have a competitive edge! Spread across a whole day or condensed in to just a few hours, this experience require colleagues to cook together, supporting one another whilst making decisions and testing their creative flair.

  1. All packages are suitable for team building and can offer a competitive element if required.

  2. Packages can be half day or full day.

  3. We work with local chefs and cookery expertise. Our cookery challenges are inspired by popular TV shows such as the Bake Off, Ready Steady Cook and Masterchef.

Learn a culinary skill – ‘the skills test’ such as filleting a fish, baking bread, street food,  or making cocktails or chocolate (Discover Cacao)

A secret taste test – sample a dish already pre- prepared for you and guess the ingredients that have been used to prepare it. Team or individual.

The Invention Test – using your flair and creativity can you use all or most of the ingredients given to you in the mystery bag! Come up with the best most attractive meal to satisfy the judges.

Dessert Challenge – create a show stopping soufflé and accompaniments that your colleagues will enjoy together.

Numbers: Small groups of 10-12 or larger company team building days at approx 50 people.

Venue: We work with several local venues, not London, dependent on numbers.

Cost: starting at £30 per head for one of our more basic packages up to £80 per head for a more exclusive day.

Helps encourage effective team work through: working towards a common goal, developing listening and communication skills, working under pressure, effective delegation, small group and cross team working, giving and receiving feedback, creativity and decision making.
