Wednesday 2nd May 2018 at Squerryes Winery, Westerham
Fragrant, spicy and flavoursome, Southeast Asian food especially Thai has quickly become one of the world’s favourite cuisines. With exotic ingredients like chillies, lime, lemongrass and coconut milk, it’s easy to see why. Come along to our Thai cookery presentation and Ju will show you how to balance contrasting elements to create a tasty dish: delicate aromas with strong flavours, spicy with cool and sweet with sour.
The Art of Asian Food
With a lot of food it’s the simplicity that appeals, but with Asian it’s the complex mix of flavours. Thai cuisine is an art, but that doesn’t mean it’s difficult to cook. We’ve designed a range of classes to give you confidence with traditional Southeast Asian flavours and ingredients, and you’ll be able to adapt the recipes at home to suit your own taste.
